United Women in Faith has a stated purpose that the group "be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship, and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church". Conference Hands-On Mission Project
Our Unit hopes to fill 24 backpacks for the Backpacks for Liberia project.
The average cost to fill one backpack is $25. Using our tax-exempt status, we
plan to buy the necessary supplies in bulk. Any amount you are able to contribute
is greatly appreciated. Donation needed by APRIL 26TH.
